Annealed - Standard float glass, Not safety glass. Used in windows, tabletops, signs and other areas not requiring safety glass.

Tempered - Safety Glass, approx 4 times the strength of standard glass. Common in door, shower enclosures, glass walls and other areas requiring safety glass.

Laminated - Safety Glass seen in every auto windshield or skylight. Comprised of (2) layers of glass bondered together by a PVB innerlayer.

Tempered-Laminated - Combining the safety of tempered with the safety of laminated. Rarely needed or called for except for high security areas.

Seamed - Slightly sanded edges to prevent being cut from raw glass edge. Minimum requirement for glass fabrication.

The Flat Polish is the least expensive edge detail. The side edge is flat with a small seam or bevel (aris) on the top & bottom edge of the glass.

The Pencil Polish is especially popular on circles & ovals. The side edge is rounded, which gives it a soft look.

The 1” Bevel is the most versatile edge.A flat polish with a brilliant bevel on the top edge of the glass, this edge can be formal, casual, traditional or contemporary!

The Ogee Edge is a look for the ages. Ogee is defined as an “S” in profile. This edge goes back to the Greeks & Romans and is gorgeous on columns and wrought iron bases.

The cove edge resembles wood trim mouldings in a traditional style.

The Triple Pencil resembles a waterfall on edge. A rolling look with 3 pencil edges on the edge of the glass, this edge absolutely sparkles. For those that want the rare jewel!

The Barked edge has small, brillant, non-symetrical facets that look like rolling waves on the edge of the glass. This edge absolutely sparkles.

The Stand-Off hardware provides the user with a creative design potential for stores, restaurants, commercial buildings and residential applications. A completely new look can be achieved by creating contemporary displays and signs using stand-off hardware.

The Edge-Grip hardware provides additional flexibility in attaching decorative panels or signage to walls or substrates. The Edge Grip allows material to be held to the wall without drilling holes in the face material and saving cost.

For either vertical or horizontal frame capture options, these LED Luminary Frames make a dramatic difference in the appearance of etched images on glass signs. Standard with white LED lights. Optional in red, green, blue, amber and RGB lighting with controls. LED's have up to 100,000 hour lifespan.
